Deb Shadovitz then joins with Suzie and Adrian from El Salvador, two helpdesk techs that show the other side of the phone call. Benjamin then gives his tips on writing effective emails, and Benny follows up with a bit on the controversy of “girlfriend mode”. Benjamin closes out the show with commentary on how people expect too much out of technology.
