Computer Talk Radio weekly show for the broadcast week starting November 24th, 2012. Benjamin Rockwell, the stuffed nerd (Thanksgiving weekend and all), opens with the latest news of computers and technology, including The White House placing the Turkey pardon choice up on Facebook, a student expelled for refusing a tracking chip in her ID, international computer spying, and more. Deb Shadovitz then joined in to talk about her new experiences with Magic Jack, their iPhone application, and the concept of a local phone number in the States, for someone who is overseas. Benjamin then spends some time updating the 2012 Computer Purchasers Guide for the Christmas season, and the entire full guide is listed online at ComputerTalkRadio. Steve Keske then joins and spends some fun time talking up the Goofy Geeky Gadget Corner, with some fun ideas that have come up regarding powering your computers with unique power strips. Benny updates the story about game software developers that were arrested for taking pictures of a military airfield in Greece, and also covers the Wii U reviews, and his personal thoughts on that. Benjamin closes out the show with noting how Thanksgiving help hasn’t changed that much, but then again, it has…. instead of seeking help with the car, or Christmas lights… folks are looking to the nerds to fix the computers.
