Tech can be very fickle, especially in a large environment. I wonder not only what hte problem was, but if there was a way to prevent something like this from happening. One thing that we keep forgetting about, as we move more towards cloud services, is that localized infrastructure that links to cloud infrastructure, provides for backup in case things go wrong. I wonder if that is the solution here?
