The web has been running with ads for a very long time, almost as far back as the beginning. As soon as enough people were viewing information on how to buy something, the web started to take off. In 1995, I created one of the first 100,000 websites, and it was to help sell high end custom furniture. Today there are over 1.6 billion websites. Creating ad-free will be interesting, and hard.
