This idea falls flat on it’s face with neglecting that people getting along with other people is one of the most key components in any interview. It’s not about what’s on paper, or the responses, but how they responses work. If I’m hiring, I don’t want someone who won’t get along with the co-workers. I don’t want someone to get along with a robot, I want them to get along with Fred.
