I applaud the return of the name Toys “R” Us, but I wonder if this will bring it back to life, or if this is simply a shallow attempt to squeeze out a few more dollars from a zombie brand. It has potential, but only if other people also believe in it, instead of being concerned about the long term. Target’s role in this does help the claims of legitimacy, I’ll admit.
