I’ve been amazed at the concept, but didn’t think we’d have to accept it so rapidly. The idea of contactless everything to check out of a store starts to sound much better when we’re trying to avoid touching… well… everything!
Amazon Go stores, delivery drones and contactless terminals will play a big role for consumers.
