Opening a business, while receiving a lawsuit almost immediately, is never a good thing. The idea of Quibi, a short form video service… 4-10 minutes long… is questionable, especially at the $5-7 monthly pricetag, when there’s another service out there that is a little more known… and free… YouTube.
Eko has asked a U.S. District Court for a preliminary injunction against Quibi over disputed technology.
