The latest preview of iOS adds the same (pseudo-anonymous) tracking features of Android, in an attempt to slow down Covid-19. If you’ve got an iPhone with facial recognition, it also knows if you’re wearing a mast, allowing you instant access to the keypad, instead of multiple tries over 20 seconds or so.
