Not surprisingly, T-Mobile laid off employees following their merger with Sprint. They had committed to growing net employment as they sought approval for the merger. Still, this was bound to happen… on a conference call… with no questions allowed. Since these were redundant positions, T-Mobile will surely have no problems with their service to customers. (See my other comment about their massive outage just hours later.)
