One of the biggest promises of incognito mode, is that the only people who can tell what you are doing, are your ISP, your boss, and other people who put hardware between your computer and the destination. Google has betrayed that trust, according to a lawsuit filed this week. As I’ve said before, when you’re online, anything you do can and will be stored somewhere… no way to escape it.
