Splitting the decision was wise of the judge on this. Epic Games can be stopped from doing what they did wrong, but should not be stopped from other areas where they did not act. I wonder if Apple’s play to threaten the development tool access was intentional to force the middle ground? Or perhaps I’m overthinking it.
