I’ve been aware of this term for a while… doomscrolling. It’s going online, to websites, social media, or more, and after a lot of time, you are feeling depressed or helpless. This is finally being recognized by mental experts enough to garner attention from the news… who ironically, is what often contributes to it. Set a limit of 30 minutes, and then move on to something more productive.
