I continue to struggle with the high-tech burgers from anywhere. Beyond Meat offering a higher and a lower fat content version just seems like a continued struggle to get people to find their own version of the strange substitute. I’ll give them this much… If a person has a food intolerance to beef, this will give them some hope… if made away from the real stuff.
