While it is very impressive how fast Disney passed the 100 million mark, the other thing to remember is that Netflix built this industry almost exclusively on their own. Disney, Amazon Prime, and the rest all owe a lot more to Netflix who still has twice as much as Disney. Disney does represent a large growth factor, due to family friendly attitudes, but also due to everyone being trapped at home, with greater budgets, and greater time to watch online. Will this continue to bless Disney? We’ll watch and see…
