The time change this weekend will affect our sleep as usual. Congress, led by Marco Rubio, is looking to change that by eliminating the change once and for all. The target is to stick with Daylight Savings Time. It actually does seem to work out in a number of locations where they don’t change time, like much of Arizona, all of Hawaii, and parts of Indiana. Other countries also stay put, like India, which observes only one time… India Standard Time, which is also has a 30 minutes offset from most countries. My biggest concern, remembering which weekend each time around.

The Sunshine Protection Act could put an end to falling back in time every autumn.
