Propaganda continues, and now if you want recipes for steam, don’t look at Epicurious. They started to cut the beef fat in 2019, and now they don’t offer any new recipes with beef, and haven’t for a year. No more articles, newsletters, front page, Instagram… none of it. Yes, it’s agenda driven, even though Epicurious says there is no agenda. It’s the same ultra-vegans who have a beef with how we live our lives, and are seeking to trim where they can. The Internet is huge, though, and there’s other places for savory steak recipes…
