After being lower down the lists at the various App stores, GasBuddy is famous again. When I wanted to check gas prices near me, that’s what I used, and apparently many others have as well. With outages at some stations, and gas prices climbing, everyone is ready to save a buck.
The app’s surge follows a cyberattack on Colonial Pipeline this week, which led to gas shortages and panic buying.
