In recent weeks, I’ve been hearing of people who are planning to change jobs soon. It’s been called the “Great Resignation”, as return-to-the-office is announced. The lure of working from home is just too much for most people, and they are seeking options. Family, friends, wearing slippers and chilling on the sofa all have a certain allure for many people. The numbers are through the roof, and employers may have to consider their own options to retain the best of their existing talent.
