Weeks ago, we talked about how Microsoft lost the JEDI contract as it had not fulfilled the competitive bidding process requirements. Here we are a month later, and Amazon was awarded that same contract, presumably without the lengthy competitive bidding process requirements from before. This is turning into a battle that is worthy of JEDIs, and will probably continue. Amazon is poised in a better place with their prowess in the market with AWS, but Microsoft is also a strong player. It’s a continuing battle, I’m sure.
