A leaked document revealed that Facebook, as much as they track about us, they don’t know where it goes, what they are using it for, or many other concerns. Apparently they have taken in so much and their various systems share information so widely, that nobody has enough control for when the regulators come along and say “you can’t do this”. They apparently even admit this in this leadked document. It’s clearly yet enouther bit of bad news for Facebook, as Mark Zuckerberg keeps getting dealt some bad cards.
“We do not have an adequate level of control and explainability over how our systems use data,” Facebook engineers say in leaked document.
