Facebook, Twitter, and the rest may yet be held accountable for the postings on the networks. They have been granted major immunity for their actions, and they try to have it both ways. The ongoing journey of if they can censor on one side, goes against their defending themselves as content goes crazy on the other side. The next step is the US Supreme Court that announced they will be taking up two cases that have distinct impacts on something we’ve talked about before… Section 230. We’ll be watching this unfold in the coming months.
