Amazon had a little craziness this week. Sued by the DC attorney general for taking money from customers who tipped drivers, but then not paying the tips forward. The FTC forced a restitution, but DC attorney general said they should have been punished as well.
AG: Amazon has so far “escaped appropriate accountability” for consumer harm.
