Amazon just jumped into a new field. They’ had done a few things like Amazon Pharmacy, and other health issues, but now, they are pursuing a path of $5 a month for unlimited covered prescription medications. If you have a few of the generic meds that are already low cost, they can provide your meds, with delivery. I’m mildly concerned as this does appear to be so very low that it doesn’t make sense for them. Customers who are in government programs aren’t eligible, which may indicate that our tax dollars may be underwriting this effort. I poked a little at this, and my interest is piqued, but I’m not sure what the catch is.

Amazon is launching RxPass in the US, a new drug subscription exclusive to Prime members that charges a $5 monthly fee for generic medications to treat over 80 common health conditions.
