A device that I struggled with since announcement has been shown the trashbin at Amazon. The “Halo” fitness band was not a watch, and while it had the rest of the health related items, it also had 2 always-on microphones that listened for your voice to turn stressful. This led quickly to a large amount of unpopular comments. Fortunately, Amazon is making good on this, and if you purchased on since July 31 of last year, or had a subscription, you will get a refund of those fees. Amazon’s approach to making good on this is commendable, and joins what is actually becoming a more popular approach across the industry for failed ventures, which I applaud.
