Meta, aka Facebook, had a massive lawsuit, encompassing 42 states who allege that Facebook and Instagram features are addictive and target kids. No surprise… but a little late in the game.
The lawsuits demonstrate the broad bipartisan interest in protecting kids and teens from online harm.
