Not a surprise that technology is causing us to rely on it more, contributing to our neglect to memorize important things. Multitasking is also distracting us, forcing us to be more ADHD than before, as we overwhelm our brains with tasks and information. Solutions are not likely to arrive anytime soon, short of detaching from tech.
