LastPass, previously recommended by us years ago, is reducing their free benefit to just one device, which is nearly unusable for the greatest selling tool, that of helping remember your passwords across all platforms. It stayed free for a long time, but as the late author, Robert A. Heinlein coined, “There ain’t no such thing as a free lunch.”

Password manager LastPass has changed its terms and conditions to limit the free version of its code work on a single device type only per user, seemingly in an effort to force free folks into paying for its service.
