Tobacco usage goes back through millenia. While there’s problems with cancer, brain development, and more, it seems that the tech version, via Juul, is under fire. Apparently, as of Wednesday this week, the FDA was looking to pull the entire brand from the market. The vaping version of nicotine uptake is nearly odorless, has little to no second hand effects, but the quest of the government to control our lives continues. I’m not a smoker and I don’t think this is great.
The brand gained popularity in 2017, but has since tumbled in value. Juul Labs has faced scrutiny from the FDA over concerns it targeted minors.
