We knew this would be coming soon enough… AI used to drive more sales. Amazon has setup an AI tool to summarize all of the reviews into a paragraph. Using this to drive your concerns in regards to different aspects of the reviews, it purports to be really accurate. I’m concerned however, as Amazon can then manipulate the overall approach, and distract us from other elements that might alarm us. Performance might be great, and if we are focused on that, it may have us miss the particulars that the performance was great for a while, but lots of people find failures of the entire gizmo after a few months. I suppose that’s what we get when we’re lazy, however.
