A massive Tesla recall is underway, but it’s more of a software release. Over 2 million Tesla cars, impacting various forms of the Autopilot features, and tweaking them for safety.

Tesla is recalling nearly all vehicles sold in the U.S., more than 2 million, to update software and fix a defective system when using Autopilot.
