Much was made of how the last quarter iPhone sales were off, and lower than Samsung phones. The claims are of doom and gloom for Apple, but I have a different answer. Each year, Apple dips as the latest version of the iPhone grows stale, and Samsung and other manufacturers push new versions. My past experience however, shows that Apple’s newest devices and features will gain attention at the coming WWDC, and then later upon release of both. These factors keep Apple on top on an annual basis here in the US, and worldwide as a distinct tie, so long as they don’t make any mistakes.

Apple still needs to convince the rest of the world that the iPhone still has more to offer.
