Starlink is ruffling some feathers. This past week or so, some Starlink users shared that SpaceX, facing higher demands, will be bumping up subscription costs. Previously, these users were paying $90 a month because they were in areas with plenty of capacity. But from June 10, that price will leap to $120. This price hike has left many customers frustrated, leading some to cancel their subscriptions, especially when other options like fiber are popping up. Others tried to snag a lower rate again, only to find the option vanished. Starlink average speeds are comparable to many cable internet speeds with the same price, so one has to think carefully about options.

SpaceX tells US Starlink users that their monthly fees are going up from $90 to $120.
