A tragic story starts with woman who had a severe allergic reaction at Disney World, and passed away. Her husband placed a lawsuit, noting the various concerns were raised in advance, and sufficient care wasn’t given to protect her. Disney’s lawyers, in an attempt to avoid blame, used the EULA of a trial Disney+ account to state that he was only allowed to settle with Disney through arbitration. Disney also claims that these terms were accepted again when he purchased tickets for the theme park in advance through another account with Disney. Another tale of how small print EULAs are out of control, and some lawyers will use whatever trickery to avoid client responsibility.

A man’s wife had a fatal allergic reaction at a Disney World restaurant, but Disney argues he can’t sue because of Disney+ terms.
