In the same way that I don’t believe in manipulation by tech companies, I was aghast at recent usages of AI to generate images of various political candidates in politically charged attire. Elon Musk posted one of these, and people turned around, and posted one of him. That devolved into a series of other politically charged AI images of other people, and a bunch of name calling followed soon thereafter. The level of political discourse continues to devolve into a name-calling battle that we, as American’s should rise above. To my listeners, I ask you to take stock of your actions, and consider how your actions may be spoiling the process.
