The Federal Trade Commission’s Click-To-Cancel rule has lawsuits coming. Multiple groups, representing interested parties who are against the idea of making it easy to unsubscribe as it is to subscribe, have launched their various suits. I tried to think of a way to make it sarcastic, but struggled… so here are names that are associated with funding these groups: Comcast, Charter, Disney, AMC, Paramount, Google, Netflix, Amazon, Meta, and NFL. I’m hoping that the courts will back the consumer, but this could take a while, so sit back for now…
Fighting to keep their subscription traps.
