Apple Intelligence, their own branding of AI, has some problems in that people aren’t enthused. Nearly half of surveyed iPhone users state that it’s an important factor in their smartphones, but nearly 3/4’s of those who have used it, feel that the features don’t add enough value to the experience. Samsung users don’t feel it’s important, to the tune of nearly 1/4 of them, citing accuracy and privacy issues. Further, few are interested on either side, to pay for these features.
