Reddit is doing something that is ahead of it’s time, and yet, way overdue. This week, Reddit announced new changes to its apps aimed at reducing rule-breaking posts. Now, you can use AI to check posts before submitting, preventing them from being banned for repeated rule violations. This AI feature is being tested right now, with plans to expand if successful. Other new features like Post Recovery and preemptive warnings for new accounts or low Karma are now available across all platforms, aiming to enhance user experience and community compliance. This will hopefully remove a lot of the guesswork that we’ve dealt with for years.
