It seems that crime drama can start in space.  Years ago… 2019, I talked about an astronaut who was going through marital problems, and heading towards divorce.  There was an accusation back then, that the astronaut had accessed the earth-bound spouse’s bank account from space, and performed a form of identity theft.  It sounded rather suspect back then, and I said so, considering the comms between earth and the ISS are heavily monitored.  The various investigators, lawyers, and courts dug deep, and it has since turned out that this was all a series of lies about when the account was created, and accessed, and nothing lined up.  There’s more about the land-lubber, and it’s all revolving around wire fraud, fake investment deals, as well as false statements to the Federal Trade Commission and the NASA Office of Inspector General.

Astronaut Anne McClain was accused of “identity fraud” while in space.
