Computer Talk Radio weekly show for the broadcast week starting December 21st, 2013. Benjamin Rockwell, our nerd host, starts off with computer and tech news from the past week, including Facebook banning a guy for a page that got a million likes in less than 24 hours, Facebook tracking our typing (even if not posted online), the FBI turning on your webcam, and more. Benjamin launches into the standard content, and the things to do when working on a computer for family over the holiday… presenting for both the folks who might do this, but also for those that might need help. Steve Keske joins in next on the latest advances on drones, including college courses in piloting. Steve follows with some last minute Christmas purchase ideas. Then Benjamin covers a question from John, about Office 2010 and 2013, and compatibility with previous versions of Windows, and a question from Jerry about his wireless mouse and keyboard. Deb Shadovitz then gave a list of some suggested items for Christmas, including donating to Wikipedia, gift cards, and on. Benjamin then closes out with a Christmas closing and the season to be kind.
