Forget the initial concern about Amazon telling a senator how it’s protecting privacy, while releasing video from privately owned cameras. I’m concerned about the idea of information from cameras being kept forever, shared freely, and no crime being involved. “Homeowners are free to decline the requests” is what this article says, but how much pressure will be placed, and what kind of subterfuge will be involved in those requests?
